Headforwards Hit 100

June 26, 2017

It has been just over 12 months since outsource software development company Headforwards celebrated their 5th birthday.

A year ago they set out some rather ambitious targets, one of which was to reach 100 employees by May 2017. Now, Headforwards have reached that target and are currently advertising for the 100th person to join their team.

They may be a couple of weeks behind their target, but to grow from 60 people to 100 in 12 months is no mean feat.

The Cornwall-based company has won a number of awards including Cornish Business of the Year and Most Dynamic Growth. New contracts and existing clients expanding projects are the two key drivers behind the growth.

The next target set by the forward-thinking company is to achieve growth that would allow the company to expand and reach 250 people by 2021.

Headforwards are currently recruiting for a number people and are interesting in hearing from Python Developers, JavaScript Developers and .NET Developers.

Headforwards attribute their success, in part, to their unique approach to business. Providing a package that focuses on work life balance and professional advantage is an enticing offering to developers. Their work with the education sector is also helping in the long term to bridge the skills gap in the tech industry.
